This guided reflection series is a self-directed text/audio and workbook experience based on the Cow Path Model of Change™.
It is designed for people who recognize recurring patterns in their reactions, choices, habits, or ways of being, and want a structured way to observe those patterns more clearly over time.
Throughout the series, you are invited to take the role of an Amateur Social Scientist. This means approaching your own life with curiosity, observing familiar patterns, noticing evidence, and using field notes to track what is actually happening without harsh self-judgment.
Across 36 text/audio lessons, the reflections move through the six parts of the model:
Original Potential
Internal Robot
Old Cow Paths
New Cow Paths
Filing Cabinet
Future Self
Each section includes companion workbook material to support reflective observation and pattern recognition.
The series is not designed as something you complete once and leave behind. You can return to different reflections and workbook sections as new situations arise, as your identity shifts, or as you begin noticing patterns from a different stage of your life.
The workbook field notes are there to help you observe change over time. You may use them as you first move through the series, then return to them later to notice what has changed, what still repeats, and where new choices are beginning to take shape.
There is no timeline to follow and no expectation to keep up. You can move through the series in order, pause with a single reflection, or revisit sections when they become relevant again.
This is not a course about forcing change. It is a guided, self-directed process for noticing what is happening, understanding why familiar patterns continue, and developing greater awareness, identity alignment, and self-leadership over time.
